Pantano is mobilizing hundreds of people to engage community service projects all over the city of Tucson. There are several renovation and beautification projects in 8 public schools and neighborhoods. Each school or neighborhood project is headed by a dedicated volunteer leader. Some projects are family and child friendly. Projects range from landscape cleanup to building sand boxes, to planting shrubs, to painting, to extensive renovations.
We usually work from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; however, you are welcome to join in for any portion of time you are willing to give. Lunch is provided on-site.
Our sole purpose is to show people God’s love by taking action - by doing things that benefit the people of our community, that build partnership and good will.
Remember: Small deeds done with great love can change the world!
